Full Name
Your full name appears in your account and is used for exports. This can be your real name or whatever you prefer.Nickname (What Sky Calls You)
This is the name Sky uses when addressing you in prompts and observations. It can be:- Your first name
- A nickname
- Whatever feels comfortable
How to Update

Open Settings
Click your avatar in the sidebar, then select “Settings.”

Go to General Tab
The General tab is selected by default.

Edit Your Information
Update your full name and/or nickname.

Save Changes
Click “Save changes” to apply your updates.
Your Email
Your email address is shown in the Account tab but cannot be changed directly. Your email is tied to your login credentials. If you need to change your email address, please contact support.Password
To change your password:1
Go to Settings → Account
Navigate to the Account tab in Settings.

Click Change Password
Find the password section and click to expand.

Verify Your Identity
A verification code will be sent to your email.

Enter Code and New Password
Enter the 6-digit code and your new password.
Password Requirements
Your password must have:- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character
If you signed up with Google, you may not have a password set. You can add one through the password change flow.
