Who is Sky?
Sky is your AI journaling companion. Unlike typical AI assistants, Sky doesn’t try to solve your problems or give advice. Instead, Sky helps you explore your own thoughts through thoughtful questions. How Sky Works
Initial Prompts
After you write a few sentences, Sky offers an initial prompt - a question designed to help you go deeper:“You mentioned feeling overwhelmed. What specific part feels most pressing right now?”You can:
- Click the prompt to continue writing in response
- Request a different prompt if it doesn’t resonate
- Keep writing and ignore the prompt entirely
Deeper Questions
As you continue writing, Sky may offer deeper prompts that build on what you’ve shared:“You’ve talked about your work stress and your relationship with your sister. Do you see any connection between these?”These prompts help you notice patterns you might miss on your own.
